GearVault Rentals offers shipping and delivery options to make renting cameras and lenses convenient and reliable. Please review the details below before placing a rental order.

Shipping Availability

We offer shipping for select rental orders based on availability, location, and rental value. Shipping eligibility will be confirmed after a rental inquiry or checkout is submitted.

Local pickup may also be available depending on location.

Shipping Method & Carriers

All equipment is shipped using trusted carriers with tracking provided. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value equipment.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Equipment value

  • Shipping distance

  • Delivery speed

Rental Period & Transit Time

The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends when the equipment is returned and scanned by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Someone is available to receive the package

  • The return shipment is sent on time

Late returns due to missed drop-offs or delays caused by the renter may result in additional charges.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided with your rental. Renters must:

  • Use the provided return label (if applicable)

  • Package equipment securely

  • Drop off returns on or before the scheduled return date

Failure to follow return instructions may result in late fees or damage charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Once equipment is delivered and marked as received by the carrier, the renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment.

If a shipment is:

  • Lost

  • Stolen

  • Damaged

The renter may be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs, which may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

Shipping Delays

GearVault Rentals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the renter

Rental fees are not refunded for delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Renters are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the renter’s responsibility.
