Refund Policy
Reservation Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup or shipping date are eligible for a full refundof the rental fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or shipping date are non-refundable.
No-Shows

Failure to pick up equipment, complete the rental process, or respond prior to the scheduled rental time will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Early Returns

Returning equipment early does not qualify for a partial or prorated refund.
Shipping Rentals

Once rental equipment has been shipped, the rental is non-refundable.

Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Security Deposits

Security deposits are fully refundable after the equipment is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in the same condition as rented.

If damage, loss, theft, or missing items occur, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit.

Any costs exceeding the security deposit remain the renter’s responsibility.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment provider.
